Mõtuse 22 townhouses were completed in the autumn of 2015. The townhouses have an open living room and kitchen, offering access to a terrace. Each townhouse includes a storeroom. In addition to the three bedrooms and sauna the first floor also has a washroom with a shower and bath.

Each townhouse has its own yard.
